What we collect
When you use our contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in your message. Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) to keep the site secure and fast.
How we use it
We use your contact details to reply to your enquiry, prepare your quote, and — if you become a client — deliver and support your project. That’s it. We don’t sell your information, rent it, or share it with third parties for their marketing.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by our form provider, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Both act as processors on our behalf and store data under their own security practices. We don’t run advertising trackers on this site.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept while we might still work together, and client records for as long as needed to support your site and meet legal obligations. Ask us to delete your details at any time and we will, unless a legal requirement says otherwise.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just email hello@simplicitybuilds.com and we’ll sort it out within a few business days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be called out plainly, not buried.
